With possession of Coastal expressway, the Xin-Chang railway crossing over, so the traffic is very convenient.

Legal representative is Mr.Mei Yi-jun, the registered capital of RMB10 million; occupied floor space is 25,000m2. DF Company owns two subsidiary plants: DF environmental protection Ltd. Dongtai City Yean marine equipment Ltd. Our company is one of the leader enterprises of marine fire fighting, life saving, anti-pollution products.

The company is provided with estate assets of RMB16.5million, the existing staff of 220 persons. We obtained “import and export enterprise qualification certificates” in 2001, obtained "national industrial products production license,” for life saving products issued by the State Administration of Quality Supervision in 2005, obtained the "cylinder filling permit" for firefighting products issued by Jiangsu Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau in 2007, Our company’s ISO9001: 2000 quality management system passed the CSQA and UKAS certification in 2008.

The company is fully equipped with 150 sets of Production Facility, such as CNC lathes, drill presses, planers, milling machines, sawing machines, CNC wire cutters and so on; The inspection equipments are complete, provided with about 20sets of advanced equipments, such as combination type inspection instrument for air breathing apparatus, light intensity test instrument for life saving indicator lights, OWS control table, STP control table, Physical and chemical laboratory, Lithium-ion battery discharge tester and so on. Our technical force is strong with all kind of professional and technical personnel, about 45 persons, including 12 persons of senior engineers, the professor-level 3 persons of senior engineers; production experience is rich with 78 various types of skilled workers, of whom 12persons were senior technicians.

Over the years, the company relying on the technical support of 704 Research Institute of Standardization Intelligence Center of China Shipbuilding Heavy Industry, actively introduce advanced technology, improving product technology content and autonomous research and development capabilities to enable our marine fire fighting, life-saving equipments reach at significant achievements in the field. "state-level Spark Program project" by Ministry of Science and Technology In 2008, Our 15ppm bilge water separator produced according to IMO MEPC 107 (49) resolution is the first one issued in China by German Lloyd's Register ,and obtained the EC type approval certificate. The same year, the company officially became a member of National Marine Machinery Standardization Technical Committee at the first session of the Marine Environment Protection Technical Committee (SAC/TC137/SC9).

In recent years, our firefighting equipments, such as air breathing apparatus, fire anti-chemical suits, fireman’s suits and life saving series equipments, such as life jackets, life saving indicator lights and so on, have been sold to Yemen, Malaysia, Singapore, Germany, France, Korea, Japan, Australia, Argentina, India and so on, more than 10 countries. The foreign exchange earning was about 1.2million U.S.dollars each year.?
